As part of the Psychosexual Evaluation, Dr. Hawks will gather information from; police/court reports, interviews from the Children’s Justice Center, and review other records as required. In addition, Dr. Hawks may make collateral contacts with therapists, family members, or others. However, because of the legal nature of this evaluation Dr. Hawks always attempts to work closely with the client’s attorney.

A youth Psychosexual Evaluation requires approximately four sessions. All the sessions are held in Dr. Hawks’ office in Ogden, Utah. The sessions will last from one to two hours depending on how the client wishes to complete the process.
