Risk Assessment
Overview
In a Risk Assessment a client will provide the following:
- PREDICTS Risk Safety Plan. The client will provide a significant other to complete this form on the residence in which they are currently living. The Safety Plan is a four page document.
- Victim Awareness. As part of every risk assessment Dr. Hawks will require specific information regarding the victim.
